Then, choose the ‘Find Reservation’ option.
Now, enter the ‘Ticket Number’ & ‘Surname’ of the traveler.
After then, ‘Find Reservations’ button and select the reservation.

After connecting your call, just share your booking information with the travel representative.
The travel representative will assist you to cancel your reservation within a very short time.
What is Air Excel Cancellation Policy?
Travelers are permitted to cancel their booking up to 3 hours before the departure.
If any traveler wishes to save their cancellation charges then, he/she needs to cancel their booking within 24 hours of ticket purchasing or 7 weeks before the flight departure date.
According to the Air Excel Cancellation Policy, If the Air Excel flight has been delayed more than 3 hours from the originally scheduled departure time then, travelers are eligible to claim a complimentary voucher for meal and dining.
In case, the Air Excel flight has been canceled due to the airline industry strike, bad weather, or any other reasons, then travelers will get a full refund amount without any deduction.
Travelers are permitted to cancel their booking from the official website/application of Air Excel and directly from the Air Excel reservation counter.
Air Excel Cancellation Fee:
Cancellation fee can be dynamic because it considers the distance, ticket type, class, duration, or other major factors from the traveler’s flight ticket but there are some standards offered by Air Excel.
If any traveler cancels their booking after 24 hours of the ticket purchasing then, he/she needs to pay 100 to 400 US dollars per person.
How to get a refund from Air Excel?
Generally, a refund initiates after the cancellation of the flight ticket but, in some special cases such as major injury, relative death, or other situation. Travelers need to claim their refund amount.
After visiting the official web page of Air Excel, you need to fill out the refund request application form.
In the Application form, you need to write the first & last name of the traveler, contact information, booking reference number, ticket number, and payment details.
After filling in each entry, you need to press the ‘Submit’ button.
After verifying each piece of information, your refund will process.
Air Excel Refund Policy:
All the refundable or non-refundable ticket holders are eligible for the refund amount but, the traveler’s ticket must cancel from the official website of Air Excel.
The refund amount will transfer within 7 to 10 working days after the cancellation of the booking but, if any traveler cancels their booking by a travel agent then, the refund will transfer in 20 to 25 business days.
As per the Air Excel Refund Policy, the refund will directly credit to the traveler's bank account or payment mode which was used for the same flight ticket booking.
Non-refundable ticket holders can also get a refund but the refund amount will transfer to the future travel point which will use for the next flight booking.
