• All the refundable or non-refundable ticket holders are eligible for the refund amount but, the traveler's ticket must cancel from the official website of Air Cairo.
• The refund amount will transfer within 7 to 10 working days after the cancellation of the booking but, if any traveler cancels their booking by a travel agent then, the refund will transfer in 20 to 25 business days.
• As per the Air Cairo Refund Policy, the refund will directly credit to the traveler's bank account or payment mode which was used for the same flight ticket booking.
• Non-refundable ticket holders can also get a refund but the refund amount will transfer to the future travel point which will use for the next flight booking.
