Yes, Scoot has a 24-hour cancellation policy, which states if the passengers need to make a flight date or time change, so in this condition the passengers will need to pay a change fee charge and fare difference, as per Scoot Airlines' cancellation policy & rules.

Passengers are eligible to cancel their booking up to 2 hours before the actual scheduled departure of the flight time.
