Baggage missing after 72 hours
If you haven't received your baggage after 72 hours, please fill in our delayed baggage questionnaire and email it to central.baggage-tracing@aerlingus.com. The information you provide will help us to speed up the search for your baggage.
There is a 7kg limit per passenger for carry-on baggage, which must be stored in the overhead locker on Aer Lingus Regional flights (operated by Emerald Airlines), subject to availability.
A maximum of 3 checked bags are permitted per guest, per direction. Additional charges will apply for weight in excess of what has already been purchased. The maximum weight of any one piece of baggage must not exceed 32kg (70lb).
Checked baggage allowance is per customer, each way. Customers travelling on Smart or Flex fares can enjoy the benefit of having one 23kg (50lb) checked bag per customer included free of charge. Fees apply for additional weight or bags.
