Avianca Baggage Policy : Allowance

• The check in on your baggage should be at least 2 hours before departure at the airport. When it comes to your cabin baggage, there is a limit to the amount of checked baggage you can carry unless you want to incur additional fees. Indeed, your carry-on bag must not exceed 158 cm (width + height + length) and weigh no more than 23 kg.
• Sporting equipment, bowling equipment, archery equipment, fishing equipment, and tennis equipments comes in free baggage allowance If it exceed 158cm/62in weight and exceed 50lb/23kg it exceed your free baggage allowance then you have to pay extra baggage charges.
• On all flights except which are to/from the United States , Diamond and LifeMiles Gold members or the Star Alliance Gold status members who are travelling in the Business Class are allowed to carry 1 additional carry-on bag with the same weight and dimensions.
• You can bring a baby Crib/stroller on board only with Boeing 787 and Airbus A330. Collapsible baby stroller can be brought up in the aircraft door. After that, it will be stored in the storage compartment. However, you can take the compact foldable stroller. This will be counted as free personal use.
• General Conditions of Carriage. If your carry-on baggage does not meet the required size, weight or number of pieces allowed in the cabin, it will be checked in.
