Why Is My Austrian Online Check-In Not Working

Austrian Airlines is one of the prime airlines for the entire of Austria and also its subsidiary of the Lufthansa group. Therefore, the Airline covers more than 130 destinations worldwide and offers a few other options to the passengers check-in at the airport such as Online Check-in, Mobile Check-in, Kiosk Check-in, and Web check-in.

Despite this, sometimes the passengers have a query about ‘Why is my Austrian online check-in not working?’  So, in case the passengers are stuck online check-in process and it’s not working, then they do not need to worry. There can be many reasons for not being able to do online check-in, these such as the system being down, e cookies issue on the browser, doesn't match the name on the ID, data entered for typing errors, Technical reasons, and so on.

Austrian Airlines check-in Policy:

• As per Austrian Airlines check-in Policy, the passengers can conveniently check in online and on mobile with their booking code or e-ticket number. And then they display their mobile or printed boarding pass at the airport. Then check in now.
• Web check-in or mobile check-in will open 23 hours before the departure of the flight time and it will cost 30 minutes before the departure for international, it will close  Sixty minutes before the departure of the flight. 

Austrian Airlines Web check-in: 

• To get web check-in, the passenger needs to visit the official website of Austrian Airlines. 
• After visiting the homepage, just click on the Check-in option. 
• Enter the correct Booking Reference Number & Surname of the Passenger on the respective boxes. 
• Now, tap on the Confirm button and go to the Boarding pass section. 
• Finally, click on the Boarding Password & write the Government Authorized ID. 
• Lastly, hit on the Download button and your boarding password will download.
